Returns

    • In its original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized wall art items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • A photo of the damaged item.
  • A brief description of the issue.
    We’ll work to resolve the problem promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
